There is a balance that must be maintained to protect creation while making use of its gifts.  We at STRAWHOUSE strive to make sure our products and/or how they are grown, harvested and marketed meet the needs socially and environmentally.

If you can't make to the area, we hope you will share our gourmet coffee with us knowing that great care has been taken to provide you with the best coffee can offer as well as protecting what we all hold dear.

Birds are especially near to our hearts as there are so many that migrate between our yard right here in Trinity County to the very place where our gourmet coffee beans are grown.

Without preserving the shade grown coffee plants in the rain forests, many of  these birds may not frequent our yards any longer.
